The bachelor thesis is focused on the introduction and design of a camera system. The theoretical part briefly deals with the description of individual components and basic parameters of the camera system, especially the personal protection. Security systems today rely heavily on cameras. Cameras can be useful in identifying potential threats and protecting people and property. It is important to take precautionary measures to protect yourself and your property. This bachelor thesis deals with various camera systems, namely analog, hybrid and currently digital. The practical part is about the design, installation and maintenance of a digital camera system.

The experience of non-profit organizations with corporate volunteering

This diploma thesis deals with corporate volunteering from the perspective of non-profit organizations. The aim was to get practical experience from non-profit organizations that can be used by other non-profit organizations and companies to make more effective partnerships. The experience has been modified through in-depth interviews with representatives of eight non-profit organizations. Non-profit organizations are mostly positive about corporate volunteering experiences according to the interviews which were made. The empirical part of the work presents specific experience of organizations and summarizes benefits and negative corporate volunteering from their point of view. At the end of the thesis I summarize lessons gained from all interviews that can serve as recommendations for non-profit organizations and companies.
The Choice of an Appropriate Subject of Study Through Practical Experience

This text concentrates on career decision making of high school students aspirating to university studies. The emphasis is on practical work experience as a specific aspect of career counselling. The goal of the thesis is to examine the role of a practical experience inthe scope of career decision making. The thesis first offers a theoretical grounding of the topic.The empirical part includes a detailed description of a project, the aim of which was to arrange for students an opportunity for a practical work experience within the field they are interested in studying.
